Put ground beef, mustard, garlic, onions, bleu cheese, water, and egg into a large bowl. Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients together. Don’t overmix! Shape into patties, about 1/2 inches thick and larger than your bun. Chill until ready to cook.
Season patties with salt and pepper. Place patties on a well-oiled grill grate and grill for about 5 minutes per side. Do not press down on the burgers while cooking.
Serve with lettuce and mayonaise. (Add more bleu cheese if you please!)
