Last week, nearly 50,000 wine trade visitors and exhibitors congregated in Bordeaux attend the France’s premiere wine event.
Highlights by the numbers:
- Attendance was up by 3% compared to 2009.
- France is #1 in the wine trade with over 30,700 attendees.
- China is at the forefront of global wine sales.
- The United States is the #1 largest wine-consuming nation.
